Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing customer service focused individual to join our team in Woodstock on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Leasing Consultant at an apartment complex.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintains positive customer service attitude and ability to work well within a team.
· Greets prospects, answers incoming phone calls, and responds promptly to all emails.
· Welcomes and shows property to prospective new residents and completes all appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
· Ensures that lease files are complete, accurate and that all leases are being executed properly.
· Displays good listening, empathy, multi-tasking, and conflict skills.
· Assists Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, and market surveys, etc.
· Enters new and completed resident work orders into the computer and submits to maintenance team. Conducts follow-up phone calls for customer service.
· Contributes ideas to market the property and for improving resident satisfaction.
· Ability to prioritize work and has regular good attendance.
· Work until 5 PM during the week Saturdays 8 AM – 1 PM.
