Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job description:
Cunat is a family-owned property management company that has been in business since 1976. We are looking for a 1 maintenance person to join our team in Volo.
In this position the maintenance individual will work on a team with other maintenance employees. This position will be focused on the regular property maintenance duties. The day-to-day duties include:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliance repair
- Paint (touch-up) and small drywall repairs
- Flooring
- Carpentry work
- Make-ready units for new move-ins
- Work orders
- Snow removal
- On-call rotation (1 week every 5 – 7 weeks)
In the Maintenance position you will collaborate with the on-site team to maintain our apartment site by promptly responding to and repairing issues at the property.
Ideal candidate will have previous apartment maintenance experience, ability to work within a team and complete tasks independently with good attendance and time management.
