Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Job description:
Cunat is a family -owned property management company that has been in business since 1976. We are looking to add a friendly, customer service focused person who loves cleaning to our team in McHenry.
In this position you will work with the on-site team to deep clean vacant units, common areas, hallways and the leasing office on a Full-Time basis, Monday – Friday.
Ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience at an apartment site, the ability to work within a team and complete tasks independently with good attendance and time management.
Duties include:
· Deep cleaning of make-ready units with attention to detail
· Weekly cleaning of hallways
· Ability to work within time frame to meet customers’ needs of move-in date
· Assist leasing and maintenance team with other duties on the site
You will have set hours during the week with no weekend work and you will be provided with all the cleaning supplies needed. This is a FT position with a full benefit package.
